President, APPIE Toshio KAKUI Welcome Speech
I am delighted to extend my heartfelt congratulations on the 21st International Processing Trade Fair for Powder, Bulk Solids, and Fluids (IPB 2024). I would like to commend the organizers, the Chinese Society of Particuology and NürnbergMesse China Co., Ltd., for their enduring dedication to advancing powder technology and fostering the development of the powder industry in China.
IPB serves as a valuable platform for encountering the latest technologies and advancements in the powder industry, offering a unique opportunity to engage with experts from around the world. With each passing year, IPB has expanded in both scale and substance, becoming a significant and enriching event that connects new technological innovations and industry development.
Since the inception of IPB in 2003, the Association of Powder Process Industry and Engineering, Japan (APPIE) has participated as an overseas partner through the Japan Pavilion, which includes exhibitions by Japanese companies and the organization of seminars. Our nearly two-decade partnership has deepened mutual trust, overcoming the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are confident that this relationship will continue for many years to come. The new powder technologies created through this partnership and trust will contribute to the development of the powder industry. Additionally, we express our gratitude for the cooperation with POWTEX, the international powder industry exhibition organized by APPIE.
We hope the IPB 2024 Exhibition achieves great success and brings fruitful outcomes for all participants. We look forward to seeing IPB continue to thrive and grow in the coming years.
